Last week when I was walking back to the parking lot I noticed this stream of dried concrete heading toward this drainage ditch. I'm sure a little bit of it went down the drain unfortunately.
This could've been easily avoided if the people working down there would've had some better situational awareness.
This is a different issue, but your photos made me think of Centralia, Pa....a contemporary ghost town...just a few people left. A coal vein has been on fire underneath the town for years due to a trash fire. Check out this video. Fascinating.
